Returns
We want you to love your Eufouric Brands’™ Maluna® products as much as we love making them. In the rare instance there is a problem with your Maluna.com product upon its arrival, you can return it and receive a full refund. Simply use the Service Request form below to initiate a return of the Maluna.com product within 30 days of your purchase date.
Maluna.com Apparel
We understand that purchasing apparel online can be a challenge. While we are unable to provide refunds for our apparel, we are happy to xchange them for a different size. Simply complete a Service Request below and you will receive instructions on placing a new order for the new size on Maluna.com.

Warranties
Eufouric Brands’™ Maluna® products are designed and manufactured to endure some of the most exciting adventures. But, as with all manufactured products, sometimes products fall short of their true potential or customer expectation. For the Maluna USA Made Hard Sided Coolers, Maluna offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty on the base and lid of its Maluna Cooler, and a 5-Year Limited Warranty on Maluna Cooler components. Express Warranties are your sole and exclusive warranties and remedies. There are no warranties and remedies that extend beyond the description contained below.
For the Maluna Cold Plunge, Soft Coolers, Drinkware Accessories, and parts we have outlined in the warranty language in Section 1A. Below are the Maluna Hard Cooler warranty disclaimers. Maluna reserves the right to utilize all legal drafted language portions pertaining specifically to hard coolers to determine warranty eligibility on any/all Maluna sold and distributed products or components regardless of the country of origin in addition to all warranty language in section 1A.
The Express Warranties are valid for the original online or retail purchaser having proof of purchase and are not transferable. The Express Warranties only apply if purchased directly from Maluna, on our website Maluna.com, or from Maluna as the seller on Kickstarter.com or CrowdOx.com. All warranted Maluna products must be registered at Maluna.com.
Maluna disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use.
LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
Maluna Coolers carries a Lifetime Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. If during the life of your Maluna Cooler, there is a defect in the body of the cooler that becomes apparent during its normal use, Maluna will repair or replace the defective cooler body or part. The decision to repair or replace it is in Maluna’s sole discretion. Maluna reserves the right to provide a refund of the purchase price.
Lifetime Limited Warranty Limitation
This warranty applies to only the original owner having proof of purchase and is not transferrable. The following will void this warranty is void:
- If the product is used commercially;
- Unauthorized repairs;
- Failing to follow recommended care and use instructions; or
- If the product is structurally altered, modified, or damaged as a result of abuse, abnormal use, or misuse.
- Any customization/decals/graphics applied by request or by the customer after purchase are not covered under the warranty.
Normal wear and tear give your Maluna product character and is not warranted. Normal wear and tear include chips, scratches, abrasions, damage to tension straps (latches), discolorations or fading due to usage or exposure to sunlight or washing.
Any limited-edition cooler still under warranty will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Maluna with the same size cooler. Maluna reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to provide a cooler in a different color based on availability.
5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Maluna cooler body components (hinges and hardware) carry a 5-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. If during the first year of your Maluna Cooler, there is a defect in the Maluna component that becomes apparent during its normal use, Maluna will repair or replace it. The decision to repair or replace the Maluna component is in Maluna’s sole discretion. Maluna reserves the right to provide a refund of the purchase price of the Maluna component.
5 – Limited Warranty Limitation
This warranty applies to only the original purchaser having proof of purchase and is not transferable. The following will void this warranty is void:
- If the cooler and components are used commercially;
- Unauthorized repairs;
- Failing to follow recommended care and use instructions; or
- If the cooler or components are structurally altered, modified, or damaged as a result of abuse, abnormal use, or misuse, it is considered inappropriate.
SUBMITTING A WARRANTY CLAIM
Submit a warranty claim by initiating a Service Request. All warranty returns must be processed through our online form and have a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Defective products must be returned directly to Maluna as follows:
- Returned in its original packaging or adequate cardboard packaging;
- The original receipt and/or return authorization number placed inside;
- Shipped to the provided address;
- You are solely responsible for shipping your items; and
- Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless we make a mistake with your order. Replacement items may require additional shipping costs.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
If one of the Express Warranties applies, Maluna will repair or replace, at its discretion, the cooler or any part or component that Maluna, in its sole discretion, deems defective.
Maluna reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of dealers or consumers. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.
MALUNA’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES, INCURRED OR LIKELY TO INCUR, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, AS A RESULT OF THE OWNERSHIP, POSSESSION, OR USE OF ANY MALUNA PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ONLINE RETAIL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE MALUNA PRODUCT. MALUNA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY EXTEND BEYOND THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES PROVIDED HEREIN.
For the Maluna Cold Plunge, Soft Coolers, Drinkware Accessories, and parts we have outlined in the warranty language in Section 1A. Maluna reserves the right to utilize all legal drafted language portions pertaining specifically to hard coolers to determine warranty eligibility on any/all Maluna sold and distributed products or components regardless of the country of origin. In addition, Maluna reserves the right to utilize all warranty language in section 1A when evaluating specific claims on the Cold Plunge, Soft Sided Coolers, Drinkware, Accessories, or parts.

Maluna Cold Plunge:
Due to the significant variation in temperature endured by this product the fact that most customers alter the tub for DIY addition. The tubs are frequently used in extreme climates and left outside primarily with frequent heavy use for personal and commercial applications. Additionally, oils lotions from the body, and chemicals used for cleaning can drastically alter the chemistry of plastic. Warping from extreme temperature fluctuation, fading, and staining may occur. Components left to endure the elements may deteriorate. Although we have the utmost confidence in our product and have been making Maluna coolers in the USA for a long time. The Maluna cold plunge is made in the same manner and fashion in the same US facility as the Maluna hard Coolers. Unfortunately, due to all the conditions and variables described that could affect the Cold Plunge we do not offer a warranty or guarantee on this product. You will find our reviews and feedback to be very positive on this product and user/customer experience will need to be considered if you are making a buying decision based on warranty and guarantee. If you are reading this post purchase, we encourage you to closely evaluate the language around the cold plunge warranty before pursuing options for dispute.

LIMITED WARRANTY. Maluna warrants its products to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service from the date of the original receipt for the period listed on the chart below:

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; (B) ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND ANY LIABILITY NOT BASED UPON CONTRACT ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED; AND (C) IN NO EVENT SHALL RTIC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A CLAIM FOR SUCH DAMAGES IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
MALUNA EITHER REPAIR OR OFFER A ONE TIME REPLACEMENT OF ANY BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, AT OUR SOLE OPTION. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER.
Normal wear and tear (including chips and scratches, abrasions, discolorations or fading due to usage or exposure to sunlight or washing) is not covered by our warranty. Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations or repairs, water damage or failure to follow recommended care and use instructions will not be covered by the warranty.
Factory seconds, blemished, discounted or second-hand products or products purchased from third party retailers such as eBay are not covered by our warranty.
Products used commercially, that are abused or misused, or products that are structurally altered or subject to undue stress beyond the physical limits of the materials are not covered under this warranty.
This warranty does not include any manufacturer's responsibility for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the use of the product or from any malfunction. Under no circumstance will Maluna be responsible for any amount of damage beyond the amount paid for the product at retail. Maluna will not be held liable for the contents of any cooler should it fail to operate as advertised.
The warranty shall not apply to any product, or component thereof, which is not returned according to our warranty policy and return procedures. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Please carefully review any online care instructions for proper use and care.
Proof of purchase must be provided upon request to verify warranty coverage. Please retain purchase receipts for your records.
