Return Policy

 

We want you to love your Maluna product as much as we love making them. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Maluna.com purchase, you can return the item(s) and receive a full refund within 30 days. Sales of Maluna apparel are final. Maluna does not accept returns on items bought outside of Maluna.com.

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item(s). All goods must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. You are responsible for shipping your items. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a mistake with your order.

Please contact Maluna customer service using the form below to authorize your return and receive your Return Authorization Number (RMA#). All returned items must be accompanied with a valid RMA# to receive a refund.

Warranty

 

We’re dedicated to making the most durable coolers on Earth. But sometimes the unexpected happens. So if anything is wrong with your Maluna product, we’ll work to make it right.
The Lifetime Limited Warranty and 1-Year Limited Warranty (“Express Warranties”) are your exclusive warranties and there are no warranties that extend beyond the description contained here. The Express Warranties are valid for the original retail purchaser and are not transferable and only apply if purchased directly from Maluna, on our website Maluna.com, or from Maluna as the seller on Kickstarter.com or CrowdOx.com. Maluna disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability and there are no warranties that extend beyond those expressed here.

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

 

 

Maluna Unhinged Coolers carry a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty applies to only the original owner and is void if the product is used commercially, structurally altered, or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in body or components, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. Normal wear and tear gives your Maluna character and is not warranted. Normal wear and tear includes chips, scratches, abrasions, discolorations or fading due to usage or exposure to sunlight or washing. Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations or repairs, water damage or failure to follow recommended care and use instructions will not be covered by the warranty.
Any limited edition cooler still under warranty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Maluna with the same size cooler in a different color based on availability.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

 

 

Maluna Thermometer Drain Plug carries a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty applies to only the original owner and is void if the product is used commercially, structurally altered, or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in body or components, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. Batteries and normal wear and tear are not warranted.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

 

 

This Express Warranties do not include any manufacturer responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product. If one of the Express Warranties applies, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at their discretion, the cooler or any part or component that is deemed defective. Under no circumstance will Maluna be responsible for any amount of damages beyond the amount paid for the product at retail.
Maluna reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of dealers or consumers. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

Any product(s) damaged in shipping (when ordered from Maluna directly) or defective product(s) must be returned directly to Maluna in either the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid.

Submit a warranty claim by completing our Warranty Request Form. All warranty returns must be processed through our online form and have a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).

Damaged products must be returned directly to Maluna, in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid. A copy of the original sales receipt and the Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be included with the product.
